Dear User, thank you for your payment in InstaConnect. In case you are not fully satisfied with your membership subscription plan, be rest assured, we will offer you a refund. No questioned asked, provided the following conditions are met:

a)    Only select membership subscription plans are eligible for refund.

b)   Due to the short duration of the ‘Star’ membership plan it is not eligible for refund.

c)     For the ‘Hot’ membership plan, you have a trial period of Three (3) days to explore if the plan is suitable for your requirements. In case you are not satisfied within the said time frame you are eligible for a full refund.

d)   For the ‘Ultima’ & ‘VIP’ membership plans, you have a trial period of Seven (7) days to explore the various features of the plans. In case you are not fully satisfied within the said time frame you are eligible for a full refund.

e)    To be eligible for a refund you must raise a refund request from the ‘Request Refund’ page within the trial period. No other forms of refund request are permissible.

f)      if you raise a refund request from the ‘Request Refund’ page.

g)    Advertisement and Campaign subscriptions are not eligible for refund.

h)   If at our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you are frequently purchasing and then cancelling the membership plans frequently, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of our Services. If we ban your account due to your violation of our ‘Terms of Use’, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

 

When your Refund request is approved subject to the fulfilment of the clauses described above, you will receive the amount in our original mode of payment within the next Seven (7) working days. In case you have still not received the refund in the standard time frame mentioned above, you contact your card issuer or your bank or mobile wallet provider for more information. Refunds will not be issued in cash or paper cheque.
