Xiaomi has launched its latest TV A2 Series in the global markets. The TV A2 series comes in four sizes, including 32-inch, 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch. All the new Xiaomi TV models feature an LED-backlit LCD panel. The 32-inch TV A2 model comes with an HD-ready display, while the 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch TV A2 models sport 4K Ultra HD Display with Dolby Vision support. The Xiaomi TV 12 series display carries a 60Hz refresh rate and offers a 178-degree viewing angle.
The Xiaomi TV A2 series also supports HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision HDR formats. The TV A2 series offers the same core features as the flagship Mi TV 4.
The Xiaomi TV A2 comes with a remote control that supports voice search. Other features include motion control, headphone jack, USB-C port, and IR blaster. The Smart Hub on the TV also supports content streaming from YouTube and Netflix.
Xiaomi has launched its latest Mi Mix smartphone in India for ₹29,999 ($450). The Mi Mix 2S comes with a 5.99-inch FullView display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels fmwhatsapp (Full HD+). The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC along with Adreno 540 GPU for graphics performance. It has 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card slot. There is a 3D sensor on front along with an infrared sensor on top of the display which can be used to take selfies or scan objects in the foreground to launch applications or start recording videos without touching them.
The Mi Mix 2S comes with a dual camera setup on the rear with a 12MP sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. It has an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone is backed by a 3,400mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It also supports wireless charging over Qi standard. The Mi Mix 2S runs MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box and supports dual SIM for 4G VoLTE support in India.
